Conditions of the Guarantee
HOME PROGRAMS
- Students must complete the first seven (7) video lessons within 40 days of the purchase date. Requires a scan or photocopy of the student's completed Page 14 (Senior Program); or Page 7 (Junior Program) from their Student Manual to verify this.
- The student's standard of writing should reflect that being taught and modelled by the video teacher.
- Any claim pursuant to this guarantee must be received by The Sound Way within 45 days of the purchase date.
*The Sound Way will refund the purchase price of the Home Program less banking charges when these three very simple conditions are met.
SCHOOL AND COLLEGE PROGRAMS
- Teachers/Facilitators must complete the Sound Way Facilitator Training Videos in their Facilitator Manuals before commencing and over-sighting their first class.
- Students must complete the first fourteen (14) video lessons within 40 days of the commencement date of the class. Requires a scan or photocopy of any three students' work taken of their completed Page 19 (Senior Program); or completed Page 11 (Junior Program), in their Student Manuals to verify this fact.
- The student's standard of writing should reflect that being taught and modelled by the video teacher.
- Any claim pursuant to this guarantee must be received by The Sound Way within 45 days of the commencement of the first class.
*The Sound Way will refund the purchase price of the School Sound Way Site Licence Fee less banking charges when these four very simple conditions are met.
